Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
