Best resources/books on getting personal finance in order?

I have significant equity in a property (300k+) and maybe another 200k across other properties. I have a decent amount of money in cash and already 200k or so in stocks. Would you consider pulling money through cash out refi and using it? I get nervous for stocks being so high. I have a few properties in pipeline already. How would you suggest using it (if at all).

I make $101K base salary as a Consultant/Specialist at Accenture Federal in Washington, DC. My husband is a teacher making $55K.
