I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

I think you need 5 YOE or an MBA for Associate, so BA sounds right to me.
Don’t quote me on the 5 YOE but it’s more than 2 for sure.
BA is correct yes, and its pretty much universal to go -1 from Big 4 to MBB (even at Partner level they will come in at AP).
Was in similar situation as you, the recruiter told me for the next level (associate), u need 5 yoe to be considered otherwise u are brought in as a BA. Honestly would make the jump tbh bc pay will be similar if not a little higher than what u earn rn.
I presume there are different levels of BA’s at McK? So this person would be promoted faster than a college undergrad? Or do undergrads come in at a different level entirely.
