Been chatting with an agency through an outside headhunter. Have had 3 zoom calls with the agency recruiter and ECD. I’m kinda losing interest, even tho the gig might offer more money and better title, not sure it’s the right fit with the account & agency. Should I continue to be ushered along and see if I get an offer and what that is? Im sure they are interviewing others as well, so I might not get the job. Am I miss-leading them? Will the headhunter be pissed if I turn down the job later?

What’s the dress code for zoom interviews? So far, I’ve definitely been dressed more formally than my interviewers but could be because they were tech companies
