So I'm super bummed cuz I thought I did amazing in my interview with KPMG but it seems like I got ghosted... I sent a thank you note, and a couple days later I sent a follow up email asking where my application was at in the process (already had a few interviews) and nothing. I was really hoping to get the job because I want to leave my job rn and this position seemed to be a perfect fit for me so it sucks that it seems like I didn't get it...

Do it. You can always hop again in a year if you want.

Would you have to move to a different city? Does the new agency have a good reputation? What about your potential bosses? Will you have their support and guidance in running this challenging account? Did you meet a potential partner? It sounds like it’ll be an amazing growth opportunity with the added bonus of more money.
Go for it. Give it a year, then ask yourself if you’ve made a mistake.

What’s the point of building a book if you never leverage it for your own financial well-being? Also, assuming they’re hiring you bc of creative record, is this account and agency open to taking more creative risk that may pay off in terms of awards? Or are you essentially trading creatively fulfilling work for more $? I don’t think it should be a one-or-the-other choice, you should be able to earn good money doing good work not just status-quo.
If you’ve no major awards and neither have they, then it seems like you are a good match.
