Been in consulting for three months and I now understand why you always see people on this app talking about being overwhelmed. I’m in my ramp up “apprentice period” and working awful hours and constantly thinking I’m going to be fired. I also understand the drug use 😂

I’m at an agency that just went through several rounds of layoffs. It often seems like staff have no recourse when the layoffs hit. How could a staff union assist in that situation?

As a UX/UI designer with a non design background (just a minor in interaction design), i find it rough to get more efficient at software.
