TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

First try talking this to your manager or the CEO? If they don't budge or if you are not happy with the outcome, use this experience and try for HR Manager roles outside. This is what I would do.
I think I'm ready to move on but am having imposter syndrome. I have not updated my LinkedIn for the same reasons. I'm not sure I have the right qualifications to apply for HR outside of my current job due to the disproportionate CS work to the HR work. Should I do it anyway and what are the career prospects in HR over a step down into administration? My goal is to get into tech.
