Just sharing! Landed in offer at AWS over five weeks ago and still waiting on a visa transfer update from US CIS. So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. Trying to stay calm and collected, but sometimes it takes a toll

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. So I'm in a weird space at the moment. I've been interviewing with a lot of agencies in the past couple of months, and I keep getting the same response of "I need more agency experience." How am I supposed to get that experience if one of the things holding me back is not having enough agency experience?
