Best diets and food intervals for ADHDers on meds who want to work 70hour weeks sustainably

There is no way to work 70 hour weeks sustainably - even for neurotypical people.

That being said, if you are taking medication, be sure to eat a protein-rich breakfast, small snacks throughout the day (nuts and fruits are good), and a light dinner before going to bed.

Sorry for the delayed reply. You will want to avoid Grapefruit juice - it has an enzyme that has enormous interaction effects on many meds. Fruits and nuts are great for short bursts of energy as they are easy to digest and usually eaten in small portions. If you can handle dairy, Greek yoghurt with fruits is also great.

For me, only full meals (carb and/or protein heavy) risk the dreaded food coma. I avoid red meats as much as possible, relying on fish and lean chicken for animal protein.

Keto is a fad diet with very little evidence backing it. People claim it can improve every condition under the sun but that's just made up nonsense.

It was created for children with epilepsy, to be followed under doctor's supervision.

I usually skip breakfast and have just two big meals. It has worked for me. In the morning a like to get a lot of work done and it starts reducing gradually.

But this is if you have a 8-10h work day right? Wouldn’t work if it’s 12-14h? As post-meal lethargy must be major?!

This will be the 3rd transfer cycle that’s getting canceled, it just really sucks...what’s worse is I didn’t see my doctor today, just the sono tech, (cont’d)
