Hi media wizards, I'm working for a small wine and spirits startup. We want to test out IG, Spotify (we have a recorded audio ad) and possibly fb or pinterest. Why does GNC provide their products at Walmart cheaper than in their own store? I sold a product to a guy who comes in later to return it because it was $15 cheaper at Walmart. Customers don’t go to corporate GNC when this happens, they go to the retail associates working the counter. I feel that this damages my reputation as a salesman when it’s really not my fault.

Considering buying a home for the first time. Do I need to stop applying for credit cards 120 days out from the mortgage application (or more)? I spoke with a local mortgage broker and he told me I don't need to stop applying but I don't think he understands credit card travel hacking. I don't want to shoot myself in the foot. I have a credit score in the 800s, no debt, will have a small down payment.

Zoom (ZM) is not in the S&P 500 and therefore you have missed out on these crazy gains if you all in SPY/VOO. On the other hand, it is included in VTI, along with hundreds of other smaller high growth companies that we have seen breaking out recently. Just something to keep in mind when deciding on where you are putting your money. As a disclaimer I am in both VTI and VOO.

Looking to get some feedback on this investment strategy: Contribute 100% of the allowed limit in ESPP program(15% of base) to get full company match(15% of my contribution). Sell it on the same day it vests(vests starting of every month) and then invest that money in vgt and voo. I understand the short term tax implications but still feels it is better to invest in etf than in company’s stocks. Thoughts?
Intelligent investor and security analysis by Ben graham, don’t read anything else until you read those two in that order....it will probably prevent you from doing what OW said above...”active trading”
