I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Not ready to formally go back to the gym or do fitness group classes inside (both from a covid mentality and feeling uncomfortable due to size).
