I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. I let the students know to get any work they need graded in before the break and I'll get it to it during our workdays in January. Apparently that's not fast enough for her 🙄. Recently was interviewed for a Sr. role in Booking but unfortunately, the team finds me better suited as a core individual contributor.

- Learn Typography: Typography is essential because 60-70% of user interfaces are about written content displayed in a meaningful way.

- Learn Layout and Composition: You don’t need to be pixel perfect, but if you place labels 10px above inputs, you must do that consistently across your whole design.

- Learn Color: Color doesn't need to be complex. Understand how colors interact with each other and learn how color can set moods.
