Well yea, it's in downtown. Stay at Westin Buckhead
1. Maids steal alcohol from rooms
2. I sent my clothes out for dry cleaning and they returned them laundered, dried on high heat (everything shrunk 2 sizes) and smelling like oil
3. They charged me for car valet when I never had a car there, and when I confronted them, they said "why do you care so much when deloitte is paying!"
Downtown Atlanta hotels are a special kind of sad. W is the best of a bad lot
The St Regis is incredible. Whole Foods Hot bar right across the street too.
I like the W midtown, right around the corner from the BCG office. The W Buckhead is a great party hotel, but a fucking terrible hotel for work. The restaurant kicks ass though. Westin Buckhead is nice.
The ritz is awful! The rooms haven't been updated since 1975
St Regis all the way and the bar there is incredible people watching
Yeah, Westin buck head or the w buck head hooks me up! They gave me the best suite there two weeks ago for a week as an upgrade
Its atlanta...
Go for the Ritz instead, you don't even have to walk outside.
No, the Ritz is pretty average honestly
We only got to go there once due to client optics. BCGs rate there was only ~$20 more than at the W, but partner team felt uncomfortable with us there. Oh well, it was glorious while it lasted.
I stay at the Regis maybe once every 2-3 months (long term ATL project). Definitely my favorite
Points on points
@A1 really! I called the platinum line and they were like "we'll have the hotel contact you" oh joy..
The W midtown's wifi is terrible and they always to to charge me for random snacks I don't eat. Other reason I occasionally stay there is the location
Marriott in Atlanta has a great lounge
Ritz Should be much better
@BCG1 I'm not in your league yet, k
I always stay at the Hyatt Regency. They've got great customer service.
