Big 4 (or) Product based start up?

Negotiating with Accenture for a Sr. Mgr role with CFO and EV team. Trying to jump off from big 4. What's the right expectation for salary??

Interviewing at Ankura. Big 4 manager with 10 YOE and 4 years as a Manager. Would a Director role at Ankura be a dial down ? Any insights on the salary ranger for Director ?

Hiring question - do you think you get a job at big 4 without a college degree? For example, someone dropped out of college after 2 years and acquired a few certs and a couple of years experience

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.

Any roles within Big 4 that would hire with no degree? Could be anything - doesn’t have to be consulting. Asking for a friend! TIA!

Hello my fellow shoal of fish. I am seeking recommendations for a lounge chair in my office.
