I need your advise. I recently join ey and received offer from another big 4. Who is giving me extra ctc of rs 1.70 lakh after tax and 1 lakh Joining bonus and not ready to increase it more. Is this price enough to leave ey in a one month. Please advise

I have total 14 YOE in finance field and am a chartered accountant. My CTC is right now 25L. What is market benchmark for similar YOE and qualifications?
PS. I know it's low as unfortunately I started with a low base.

My current salary is under market average for my position but based off my coworkers’ negative experiences with asking for raises/promotions, I’m not really sure how to go about starting the conversation with my manager. There’s also a rumor going around that the company is going to scale back on our marketing efforts even though our VP tells us a different story. Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?
