I need your views and suggestions. I have two doubts:
1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

24 yo looking for advice! Within the next few years I’d like to exit to industry but also live in Korea for ~1 year. Playing around with two options:

1. Quit job, study abroad, then find an industry job

2. Secure job at an international company, quit my job, try to transfer to korea office

Hi fishes, need a advice I attended interview @ TCS on August 26th 2021.I was told that i was selected on september 21st 2021 and asked to upload documents in ibegin portal. I uploaded documents. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification.
