I have a question, but to put it in context takes more characters than this allows--I'll explain more in a reply. Briefly, I struggled through seven miserable years of teaching until I finally got asked back by a school in 2019. My classroom management was disastrous; I knew it, but couldn't seem to fix it. Then I took a seminar, and got better. It really was that simple, though of course I'm still learning. So, can classroom management be taught? I believe so, but no one else seems to agree.

She’s just refused to go for more in life mostly because she’s been in a financially, emotionally and on one rare occasion, physically abusive relationship. It’s not that I don’t want to help her but she’s getting older and I’m trying to save for possible medical expenses. I have an account dedicated to that which — cont’d

Hi EY and Fishes everywhere! I might be getting an offer to join tax as an S1 (or exp. assoc), probably not being able to start until mid August based off how the process has been. However, I currently work at a mid size firm and we’re already getting into busy season. How would it look if I asked EY to postpone my start date till after 10/15 and say that I’m not ready to be thrown into a Big 4 busy season and that I don’t want to leave my current firm out to dry. Thank you all so much! @EY
Question: I am in California and we use Google calendar and my client, based in Phoenix, uses Microsoft Teams. All their recurring meetings (initiated by them) are still showing on my calendar at the same time instead of moving it forward by an hour. Did anyone has this problem?
