Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. I lead PR for all of U.S. & have no other PR colleagues. My agency’s budget is 100k/year & they’re spread too thin to hit their KPIs. I feel set up to fail & feel we should be focusing on a handful of SMEs and only our sexiest topics. Any advice on mitigating unrealistic expectations for coverage? Live in a HCOL area. Looking to buy in the next year. The least I can afford to buy would put a mortgage at 40% of my monthly take home pay (post tax + max out 401k) but 25% of gross income. Will 40% of take home pay make me house poor?

Left PA and started industry remotely. Haven’t been in the office. Met my team one time. Tips are to always be on video for even the smallest of calls. Take a ridiculous amount of notes. In downtime, go through your notes and come up with questions by reperforming old work. Set up recurring question sessions with your team so you know what to do next time. Set up performance meetings even monthly because it’s hard to get a gauge on your performance

Would you switch careers for a 2nd time? I actually like what I do now 80% of the time, and I am really hesitant to switch again after all the work that I did to get here and the stability and benefits. Only reason I am considering it is because of the pay. I’m ok with the pay, but who wouldn’t like to make much more ?

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter.
