I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.

I have an offer from PwC Dublin office with 55,000€ (45 lakhs) as the base pay. I am currently making around 15 lakhs fixed in India. Is it worth the switch?

I live in Italy and i work in a big italian IT company. My actual role is Delivery Product Manager: i analyze software products designed for one customer and i create new solutions to work for multiple customers. (= more reusable code). i'm also responsible for developers and to respect deadlines. I started as a developer 5 y ago in the same company.
My actual gross salary is 33k/year, how much higher would it be if i would work in USA, Canada, or nort. Europe for same role?

How to negotiate salary when you’ve given them a range? I recently panicked and told the recruiter my expected range. If I get to the offer stage, I assume they will offer me the lower end of my range and of course I don’t want to sound ungrateful or greedy, but is there a way to negotiate to a little higher?

Btw I would be fine with the lower end of my range if offered, I’m just curious because I gave a range and not a hard number, is there a way to negotiate?

Housing/rent q— In a 3 bedroom with two roommates in Brooklyn and for 8 months of our lease we’ve dealt with mice issues. And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?
