Don’t be honest. Explain how you benefited from working from there and take the high road. You will feel a lot better after.
I'm planning on addressing some concerns about the new performance assessment system and EY staffing issues, along with things that were great experiences here. Never badmouth specific people when you leave. Do that to their face if you need to, not in an exit interview....
Please be honest and allow us to address pain points
It's not worth it, just be nice and leave. Your feedback to hr will not change anything
EY2 is HR 👀
What do you hope to get out of being honest? Always do what is best for you
Burn a bridge, not break. Sorry. Couldn’t help myself. Carry on
What M1 said, word for word

If they ask a specific question don’t lie. If you are going to lie - lie big. Be the Harvey Weinstein of liars
Nothing will happen as a result of your feedback, so better to not burn the bridge. If the assignment and SM were that bad, leadership in your sector will/should already know....
Can you switch projects?
Will you continue if they change the project?
Don't be honesr... They never take it well
Chances are the exit interview gets thematically summarized for leaders and will be so diluted anything specific you say won’t matter. If there are legit concerns with specific people, can’t hurt to share with people you trust to avoid like the plague. There are a lot of bad SMs that are rarely exposed bc EY lacks 360 feedback.
I had mine today, and talked about concerns with tribal knowledge transfer and an environment that encourages material hoarding. Couple that with the exodus that happens every year, and you lose a lot of that knowledge. Otherwise, it was more timing and lack of a promotion path for technical expertise and project delivery. The EM actually was asking me about the first item, so hopefully that feedback gets used.
