What certification is preferred in market for Tableau for a 5 years experienced employee?

At the moment, I have none of the certificates. My total experience is 3.5 years in Tableau. What certification should I look to give?

Is good to join and after working here for 1 year is it possible to move to bigger MNC like Capgemini or Infosys or Any big player

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? I am in a slight dilemma now. I have got an offer from Hyderabad based company and also i have already resigned from my exited from my current company. I have accepted the offer thinking they will give temporary WFH atleast for few months, atleast that's what they said during interview. But now they have asked me to come to office ASAP. Now i am having second thoughts about this. My question is can I resign this offer and continue searching for other jobs without working?
