Hey fishes, Just four days back I gave 1st Technical interview (onsite) for TSE in VMware and that went good and got good feedback from interviewer and he told me there will be one more managerial round.. just want to check with VMware fishes here, how many days Vmware usually takes to revert feedback?

Also,last 15 days I gave 4 to 5 interviews, all in product based companies and all went well but did not get any feedback till now from anyone. Should I wait more or start sending followup mail?

What's stopping you from opening your own small business along with your day job? You could earn a lot without much effort. We all are educated people, working in MNCs, very good at what we do then why not earn more? You could open small business such as fast food corner or even small restaurant. This does not stop us doing our day job, after setting up your business you can just recruit right people seeing it and only small input would be needed from you. Opinion?
