H-1B Second Round Lottery for the 2022 Fiscal Year
In the upcoming fiscal year of 2022, the USCIS has made calculations on the number of H-1B visas to offer to randomly selected applicants based on acceptances, rejections, and revocations provided for previous years. The initial lottery selection for the H-1B registrants was provided for in March 2021.

Two things - you can upgrade your corporate Amex to platinum. There’s a form online for this. The EY version has 90% of benefits if you just do it yourself although from recollection there are one or two perks you don’t get it.
Second point, please don’t listen to people saying “I’ve used my personal card for years with no issues”. This is a disciplinary offense and although they haven’t been pulled yet for it, at some point this catches up with you and no amount of points is worth getting fired for gross misconduct.

To my knowledge you can’t do that. This is an exact scenario that they drilled in us while onboarding.
If you’re not allowed to use a personal card to book work travel, don’t bother getting the platinum card. If your firm uses corporate Amex as its travel card, just get a personal Amex gold card and link the 2 accounts so you can get points from your work travel on your personal Rewards account. The fee to link the accounts is about $125/year, I think, which is still less than the difference in fees between gold & platinum personal Amex.
I've used my personal card for hotels every week, no issues so far just make sure you submit folio as you normally would

For EY, this is against firm policy. It's in the expense policy, HR will tell you the exact same thing that can be found in the PDF.
Can you get away with it? Sure, there are a lot of things you can get away with. But if someone looks, you will be disciplined.

No. You cannot.
You can’t use personal card. You can pay for the upgrade to a corporate platinum Amex (personal cost)
Come to Accenture and you can, except for flights. Either way, unless you're quite savvy about the Amex transfers partners the CSR will be a better card

No, we can’t use personal cards for anything unless it’s a 1 off mistake / they don’t take Amex
Heard a rumor you could pay a linkage fee with your corporate card with your personal platinum to get the multipliers while using your corporate card
No, you only get the multipliers when you pay with the card that offers them. Linking the accounts just lets you get Rewards points for your business charges that you wouldn’t get otherwise.
