Joined Cibersites India Bangalore in Jan 2021 which is now htc global. There was no CTC revision with March 2022 salary, and so far, no news of CTC revision. I know employees working for over 24 months with no CTC revision. My question is are the appraisal formalities mere formalities? I'm unhappy about the pay structure. For a 65k PM CTC, I hardly get 52k in hand. With rising inflation, and no salary revisions, it's just going to be difficult. Tenured employees, please advise. 😥

Our levels are A, C, SC, P, SP, D, SD, MD, GM. I’d say both P and SP map to a Deloitte M. Source: former Deloitte.
ACs are anyone that can't just yet deliver independently in their practice area but have the potential to do so. So yes, anyone from fresh grads to people with 20 yoe in unrelated fields.
Definitely not equivalent to Partner. Pretty similar expectations as to what you’d see at the Manager level. Comp varies widely and is dependent on market location as well. I’ve seen a range of 125-175.
Principal at Slalom salary ranges from 160-190k base with a target bonus of 15%.
I made 135k base as a Consultant (2 levels below Principal) with Slalom last year in Boston.
As a Principal, you need to be accountable for a revenue of at least USD 1MM or be directly accountable for 4 people. This maps more closely to Accenture's 3rd year Manager/1st year SM in Consulting. Definitely at least Manager in Deloitte.
Manager level position.

No lol it’s def not equivalent to Partner/Principal/MD at Big 4. My friend has 7-8 YOE and has that title at Slalom, it’s like SC equivalent at our firm (you manage a team at SC level at our firm), and probably M level at
other firms.
I'm a Slalom SC that makes 185k base in a tier 2 market. Yes I have one foot in to P level. I was told P band goes up to 230k base in my market.
