I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

CSP for everything non SPG, SPG Amex for SPG stays
CSP is different than CSR
So I basically would have to value Starwood points at >2.25c pp, right?
And I'd earn a separate 3 points per dollar spent on the stay anyways as I'm Platinum 100, correct?
Yes that's right. Plat 100 is 4 pts/$. Starpoints are easily worth 2.5cpp, so you're getting 5% return. Personally, I don't redeem unless I'm getting >3cpp. It's also valuable to different pools of points (Chase and SPG) for use with different transfer partners.
Does the CSR provide access to airport lounges?
I'm just starting out in consulting at a boutique firm. Which cards do you recommend? I need a card to put all my hotels on, I put the rest of my daily expenses on an Amex.
Yes D1 - you need to request for the priority card separately though
BA1: CSR is the way to go
@McK1, which credit cards do you use? And which ones do you use for different kinds of expenses?
Thx McK1. So, there's a regular CSR and a priority CSR? What's the diff in annual fees?
Which Amex do you have for other expenses? Amex green or Amex gold?
D1- CSR is CSR, you request another lounge card with it (its free), go to your account n see it
BA1 - I meant CSR
Also I have a corporate Green Amex. Don't see point of gold Amex when I have csr
I'm with BCG, I don't redeem spg unless I'm getting 3cpp, which would mean using the spg card gets you 6% for every dollar at SPG. However, you can easily do better than 1.5cpp with csr by transferring to Hyatt, united, etc. I value 3csr at basically 6% as well so it's really a toss up and more based on the type of point you prefer
