Can someone recommend courses to pursue in order to switch to IT?

I want to switch to IT industry. Aiming for either data science, devops, blockchain, AI/ML, cloud etc. I have 7 yoe in capital markets (finance) and dont want to continue in this industry. Realize that current yoe will go waste, but dont care, IT salaries are worth the switch.

Will udemy/upgrad be a good starting point?

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have looked into getting SHRM certification. But should I go back to school and get my masters in Hr?

Then I had interview with mindtree and got selected. They haven't released my offer letter at.
So I asked Capgemini to revise my CTC based on Mindtree offer even I didn't received offer letter from Mindtree and they told they need offer letter inorder to revise.
So guys what can I do in this situation. My last working day also few days away.
What if Capgemini won't revise my CTC.
And I am thinking CG offering me less.
