I currently work for a small litigation firm that is merging/being acquired by a somewhat larger firm (but still fewer than 50 attorneys). Was wondering if anyone in a similar scenario has negotiated compensation and how that was received? I want to push for 15% of gross settlements on contingency cases (will now have a decent number of hourly cases) but don’t know if that is unreasonable.

Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick? Currently working as a Relationship Banker. Haven’t had no complaints with how Chase has handled the pandemic from the consumer banking side.
