Hello fellow Fishes I have an offer from persistent. Need some clarity on same. I want to know the grade system in persistent. What does 7.1 mean? Is 7.1 a right fit for an total experience of 10+ years? What is the appropriate CTC for an architect designation? I want to know if I am getting it as per experience.

How much was your bonus this year?
FactSet hi, does anyone have experience working for FactSet in Norwalk, CT? How is the culture like? Are they promoting from within? Turnover? Benefits? Pay? Work-life balance? I’m applying for an investment type role and taking a job with them would require relocation. Anything that you can share is much appreciated, thanks!

Analyst/Associate or VP?
Structured products (ABS/rmbs/cmbs) did well across the street. You can expect 1.5x-2x (other than CS probably) depending on strength of the bank in the space. Not sure about CLOs.
I got a 2.2% bonus and 2.5% raise… make of that what you will I’m looking at options outside my current employer as across the board the raise and bonus has been awful (actually lost money due to inflation). I’ve worked in international corporates, retail wealth and private banking and overseas in the same company and the raise/ bonus has been terrible stayed for the opportunity leaving for the money.
