Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

My total comp is $186k and I can’t find anything at a Senior or Lead level in that range. I have to look at almost Director level before getting to those numbers. But I’m not a Director. Nor do I want to be.
Base is $175k after two years in the role. I signed my offer at a $170k base.
I just did a crash and burn 9 week contract gig for 130/hr w a chicago design firm. I’ve been freelance my whole career across many kinds of work. Now sick of the hustle and ready to find a company to call home. No real idea where to start w negotiation. And I suspect I should up my hourly but work is weirder and more random these days.
