Can we give the PMP certification exam without the 5 years PM experience requirement or does your degree count towards the number of years?

Your degree reduces the experience requirement to 4 years. While you get experience you could look into the CAPM or other PM certs for agile.

I just did the google project management certificate, was good

PMP is a joke pushed by those that don’t have an MBA. I have both. You can do the PMP without 5 years of exp.

Degree makes it 3 years.

And knowledge wise yes, but if you get audited you need someone to lie for you because you need to list your job, job title, and specific projects with the timeframe to meet the 3 years. Source: was just audited (didn’t lie though).

Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.
2) Do any Master Programs in Here (India) and get a job.
Suggest some ways other than this also welcomed.

Hi All.. I have got an offer from HCL noida. i have 5 years of work experience. Can someone please answer below queries??
Is it a good company to join? How is the work load and job security? Is internal job switching easy in HCL? What is annual average hikes? How are the higher management people?

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

Also is it good for learning to start off with Vlocity/Order Management right off cause it is a bit confusing for me.
