I don’t have a personal computer and file my taxes on my work one, save everything there lol.
I guess I have a Mac desktop now that I think about it, but my husband mainly uses that for photo editing or lesson planning. I never use that office room.
If you never use that office room, and only your husband does I'm absolutely certain that MacBook is "used" for more than just photo editing and lesson planning...
Just don't click on search history....
I do it all the time even the other way around, emailing receipts for busy season meals that I took a pic of and emailed to my work email. No harm no foul
I do it every year around tax time and never been questioned. I make it very clear in my email what the document is
Yeah I just tried it (at another big 4 now) and it got blocked for not being encrypted. I’m probably just going to not bother.

Kpmg as well as a lot of other firms/ companies block any emails to personal email accounts for the most part. If you go through the HR portal you can email personal documents (paychecks, w2, etc) through that. Or if there is anything else you have to submit a request with IT to get it sent.
Generally speaking yes but two things I’d be precautious about are: (1) what if the computer gets hacked and now my personal info is leaked? (2) what if my company firewalls my emails since it’s not a familiar user
It got blocked because it wasn’t encrypted but it got me thinking…
I don’t think anyone cares. I do it.
Why do you need to email it? Just download it and load to the platform you’re using.
KPMG blocks a lot unless approved.
I think you'd be chill doing this. There's no code that says you can't. You run every day risks of computer hacking but who cares; that's the game we play.
Ehh using work computers for personal emails of personal documents is generally not smart. Check with employer's policies. Personal devices like laptops or smartphones may be more appropriate for this purpose IMO
