Can you guys please help me in selecting which offer to sign. I am a Fullstack developer with an experience of over 3.6 years. I have been offered Fullstack associate developer role at BlackRock with a CTC of 27 lpa at Mumbai.
Another offer is think future technologies which is a senior full stack developer position CTC 20 lpa fixed WFH.
I'm based out of NCR, based on these career opportunities which may prove to be more helpful in career growth and wide tech stack exploration. Any suggestions?

For a position as an underwriter at State Farm- I know they provide training, but is it helpful to take an online course in property and casualty and then take the licensure exam on my own?

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.

Wondering if anyone else faced the same issue?

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa.
