One of the SP: went to the Long Gray Line crowd ,also got a taxpayer-funded Wharton MBA, and somehow with the confidence level of a Fortune 500 founder and the people skills of a parking ticket.

Conclusion: Apparently the Army can pay for Wharton, but it still can’t guarantee a humility elective.

What are everyone's thoughts on executive MBA vs. traditional MBA? I'm currently pursuing a traditional MBA but sometimes I wonder what could've been 😅

Promotion from Manager to SM grade - how much of a jump in compensation is it in general?

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?
