PEOPLE TECH :
19 LPA , 18.50 Fixed ,50k variable pay + 1L joining bonus,
Role : senior software developer
Joining :1-Mar-22.
Location : on-site , process will be start once join here , they will send me around Aug-22
Please suggest me, which one i need to be choose for career wise and WLB wise.

This is where ECDs/CCOs prove their worth. This sounds like a massive collective failure from all of the agency leadership.
Is there media or a budget attached or are these proactive ideas? It took me a long time to figure out most clients aren’t in the idea business they are in the marketing plan business.

Need to have account negotiate to let the agency do one of their own initiatives per quarter. Small budgets at first, of course. Maybe just social. Increase scope based on performance. If you hit, you’re doing completely different work in a year or two.
Most recent one was something just like this. We got it to be a budget of less than $5000 all in and they still didn’t bite.
Wish I could do accounts job too but sometimes you gotta trust your team. Unfortunately that part doesn’t always pay dividends when people are on different pages of giving a crap
