Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
I just got an offer from Accenture Switzerland, Total Comp 170K with 140K base. I have 6YOE as IT consultant and 9YOE in total. I am just upset that they did not offer me a relocation package of 20k because the cost of living in Zurich for a family with 1 child is crazy! Should I insist for a sign on bonus before accepting the offer?

Which city are you planning to relocate to? This is a major deal maker or deal breaker.. If to Toronto or Vancouver expenses are on higher side with respect to Rents.. Toronto / GTA has rents upwards 2k CAD for a studio / 1 BHK.. Other expenses may be like below one for a family of three in Toronto,
1) Utilities (if not included in Rent) - Nearly 150 CAD Max (includes Hydro, Heat & Water)
2) Transportation - 200 to 300 CAD me (considering you don't buy car for first few years & rely on public transportation & cabs occasionally)
3) Groceries - 600 to 800 CAD (again depends on where & what you shop)
4) Communication & Internet - 100 to 300 CAD (depends on network providers & plans you would like to go for.. I have seen cheaper & highly expensive plans)
5) Entertainment - Ear mark at least 200 CAD monthly for dining out, visiting some places of interest, etc
You need a minimum of 3,200 to 3,500 CAD for survival in Toronto. Again I am not speaking about comfortable / great living in these costs.. Not factored in costs of flying to hone country over here.. not included Kids pre school if you want to put your kid in one.. only public schools from Grade 1 are free.. Play / Ore Schools are costlier
