Considering an offer from Facebook for L5 Manager (Non-tech in recruiting) in Austin (remote). TC started at 178. Now 200 TC which I’m told is top of the pay band. Kinda confused because TC feels low for L5 people manager and pay sounds like L5 IC Austin pay. Any thoughts on if this is competitive or if you get a pay cut for working remote? Data to consider: interviews went really well, currently at Google (considering the move for growth to manage 12-20). No info on lvls.fyi for this role

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Any advice on moving from L4 to L5 in Amazon?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I have 10 YoE in the Customer Support field, making 68k currently as a lead agent. I applied for a supervisor role, above my current role, and didn't get it.
