Hello everyone! I'm looking for an entry level Product Manager role at a Tech company. Currently I'm working at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee Intern and will be graduating next month with a major in Computer Science. If there's any opening for Associate Product Manager in your org., please let me know!
I've been a team lead for multiple national level hackathons, built UX Designs, wrote PRDs, and learning more about PM.

Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I’m making the same move. I believe this opens doors to opportunities outside of IT.
Here’s some of my thoughts. While I was in IT, most of my client counterparts and day to day interactions were with division managers or IT counterparts. GTM and sales strategy is often very transformative for the entire organization. This means you’ll be working across multiple departments (sales, marketing, product) and oftentimes at the highest level. I feel this gives more exposure to the entire business as a whole and potential exposure to Csuite. Given the right projects, you can much better sell yourself to be a director of sales, marketing, product, BD, etc. happy to be corrected here but a large majority of “growth strategy” involves gtm, sales, and marketing. I could see this opening potential paths to be more involved in M&A work as well.
