Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Assuming all performing at "high" level:
Staff - Doubtful (talent here is dime a dozen)
Senior Consultant - Maybe
Manager - Possibly
SM+ - Probably
^ D1, That's where the "possibly" and "probably" come in. What you described are basic job requirements for each rank. At each stage, the firm becomes more and more invested in you, but, you're always replaceable.
Agreed. So again, possibly and probably.....not sure what we're arguing about. I digress. ✌🏽
Well, P1, that SM wouldn't be considered high-performing, now would they?
EY1- thank you!
For M and SM definitely IF they have an in demand skill set or really strong client relationships
Ey1, I’m talking about to the point where replacing them is difficult. Yes you need a brand and relationships at those levels. But if we are likely to lose work due to someone’s departure, we work harder to keep them
Ey1, agree. We are saying the same thing. Just wanted to give OP some context on probably and possibly so he/she might know if he/she is one of those ppl
If you’re an SM with a dry pipeline/no sales....you’re the first one to go to be honest
