Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Job has up to 80% travel PwC
How is typically life for these positions requiring travel? This is for a SWE position.
Currently work with clients is remote as stated by the recruiter. If work is currently feasible through virtual means, will there be flexibility to choose to travel for this position?
I have an offer with PWC and have a family. I would prefer to be with my family.
Has anyone tried Bohme? Thoughts?

@FCB1, chill out.
The new biz will be coming to you (meaning you won’t have to seek anything out). Should be pretty fun.
Agency of the year, v fearless
New biz is a great way to make a name and reputation for yourself in an agency. Put in the work, it will pay off.
If you have to ask, then you shouldn't be working at such a fine shop. Please don't apply.
As a creative, I wouldn’t do it because you’re not going to make anything real. The account side might not be a bad thing and you’ll get a lot of different experience
If you end up developing a good relationship with a client on new biz during a pitch, they may request you to be part of the account team during negotiations. So there's a potential way out if it gets too crazy. (And it will get crazy.)
The biggest pro of being part of the new business team is that you will get frequent and considerable access to the leadership of the agency and possibly the larger WorldGroup.
Not many AS’s get to frequently work with the CEO, CCO, CSO, President, Head of Production, etc.
So if you do the role right for a year or so you’ll have amazing relationships at the top which can absolutely accelerate your career at McCann when you eventually move out of new biz.
You’ll also get to know so many more people in the agency at all levels and in all disciplines than you would just working on a limited amount of business. Considering how important relationships are this is a great way to quickly build more than you would be able to do otherwise.
You’ll also learn what it really takes to keep the agency moving which can help you if you have desires to ultimately run an agency one day.
Of course, the hours are long, the tempers get hot, the timelines are short and the pressure is intense. New Biz is not for the faint of heart but it’s high risk high reward for you.
Do not take a new biz role unless you have considerable pitch experience and are one of the minority of people who really relishes the long hours , frustrations , challenges and drama
What office?
Sending this post to mccann recruiters.
No. Run.
Great exposure for a year if you can hack it.
Thanks everyone. I’m really feeling overall positive about it because I’ve done new biz for a small shop in the past and love the high of winning and feeling the strong team bond. My main two concerns are career growth and super long hours. I did 12-14 your days many times before and completely burnt out so I just don’t want that to happen again.
