Corp dev guy here. What do you put on your resume if you do tons of DDs but don't execute anything? 1 bullet per DD is too much?

Where are your favorite exit ops that pay good money, have good WLB and treat you well? Basically, I want to start putting my resume out there.

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Is it concerning if a recruiter is dancing around giving you an offer? or is it just busy bc of Q4, coordinating teams, start dates, and covid?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

Applied for a role with Salesforce and had both a talent advisor and corporate recruiter reach out to schedule time to talk about the role. Is this normal for the recruiting process for two different people to reach out to schedule time? Is one more senior than the other/different approach?

I had two interviews with two people at different companies and each time the interviewer had their camera off stating that they are having connection issues. Is that acceptable for candidates to do?

Hi guys, is it really hard to get a foreign job? I have just started applying for some positions through linkedin jobs. Are there better ways than linkedin? Also my experience is relatively less. I have one year of experience but I'm confident in my skills. What do you suggest? Is it too early and am I lacking experience or do they hire people with less experience also?

I have given 3 rounds of interview in Infosys for a position in SAP in Mumbai location. They are scheduling one more round next week. I got automated calls and interviews were scheduled. Have no idea who should I check with to know the progress.
