My family has a 115 year old agency. I've been working there for 15 years as a work from home processor. The agency hasn't been managed and things are in dire straights. They lost their office manager 10 years ago, Commercial CSR 5 years ago, Personal Lines CSR 3 years ago, and an agent 3 years ago (all to retirement) and roles were never replaced. It's a mess. They are asking me if I'd like to take it over. I'm so burnt out from the workload and low pay. Is it worth it to try and save it?

Anyone know whats the TPP (technology partner program) ? My offer letter has the client as TBD and my role as a project delivery specialist. My recruiter said they'll find you a client once you're done with onboarding etc. How long does it take it to find a client and is the work currently remote or is it client dependent? Hi friends, Got two offers. One with: Humana(Remote)[Insurance based company]and another with Mastercard(Hybrid) (Ofallon, MO)-need to relocate after 6 months. Both are for Senior software Engineer. Humana- TC= 155K, Mastercard-TC=175. Which is a better option, as talk are going on that, recession will happen soon. I’m finding it hard finding local firms that have career trajectory from Client Servicing to full Advisory work. I’m willing to pay for self study and take local classes but would love and appreciate sponsorship.
