Do most firms start reporting years in September or January? Prior firm did an August year for counting hours and then another did January (both Amlaw 200). Looking at an Amlaw 100 to lateral in the fall (so trying to anticipate how much of the year I’ll have). I’ll ask what bonus/reporting year but just curious if most follow the same.

I have 3 YOE, got offered 10.5 LPA in pwc. I had asked for a higher package as I have a counter offer of 12 LPA, the HR came up with some logic of variables, performance pay etc and gave me the offer. I have been offered a role in Data Analytics dept ( SAP tech stack).

I have another offer from msg of 13 LPA, could you help me what should I choose. I have pwc in my mind just because it's a big 4 and I'm looking for such exposure.

I adopted a dog 2 months ago. Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers.
