Could someone please clarify the difference between HDPI and HSDI? My offer letter mentions HSBC Software Development India Pvt. Ltd. (HSDI), but in the background verification emails, I noticed references to HDPI vetting. I’m a bit confused about this.

Also, during my discovery call, they mentioned that I’ll be working on a surveillance project, but I didn’t get a chance to ask for more details. Any insights would be appreciated.

Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.
