Highly based on the teams. Tech folks are generally nice.
Most people I’ve worked with in Cybersecurity are really knowledgeable and overly helpful when needed. I’ve only come across 1 or 2 individuals in the last 5 years who have slacked off and negatively affected the project. Which it’s typically easy to avoid those people going forward when “interviewing” for your next project. The people I’ve worked with are probably one of the main reasons why I’ve stayed as I’m sure I could make much more elsewhere.
Passive-aggressive / California “nice”
Haha. Maybe that’s a Cali thing regardless of your company, consulting or other
Overall great aspirational culture; working really hard at making it better. Everyone plays a part and it really depends on the group of people you spend most of your time with. Accenture is big enough you can change projects if they are awful. And IMHO it’s all of our responsibility to create the culture we want to work in.
