Hi! Excited we have a space finally :)
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

SVP at a large corporation ($10b +) Not absurd but incredibly ambitious. Have someone at the firm now interviewing for such a position.
VP of Procurement?
Term is at other firms, etc). No equation of course, but what comes to mind? COO at a small startup where you have great content expertise? SVP at a large corporate BU where you have relationships already? Etc. What does it look like to think really big and shoot for the (possibly achievable) stars?
I would say anywhere from senior manager to VP, depending on company size and the way internal levels are set up
Could be director level, if the industry firm is very large, or senior director.
Sr Director
Agree with ATK. SVP level (CEO - 2 levels) would be incredibly ambitious at a large corp; C-level at startups. There should be data within the firm to show it's been done. VP (CEO - 3) would be the average at a large corp for an EM, and Senior Manager is more for 2nd year analysts/1st year associate.
I’ll agree with the Accenture folks based on my experience. I’ve known a lot of folks in your position as I’m 7 yrs post MBA.
All super helpful. Would love additional thoughts / examples from experience or observation!
Accenture doesn’t quite compare with exits, so I have only seen SM exits to D -1 level positions at Fortune 500 companies
Director/ Senior Director is more appropriate for an EM transitioning to industry VP is a tough sell for those who are younger as firms are looking for leadership and experience.
