Good job Stuart ya knob
Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

Many chiropractors are simply not good. It took me a while to find a great one and the results are amazing. A good chiropractor will examine you extensively and have a long interview with you before he or she will start adjusting your spine. They need to build trust too, so in the beginning it should only be small adjustments until you can relax more. Last but not least, they should give you exercises or recommend PT so that you will get better without depending on them.
Doctors kept giving me drugs for my back injuries which were getting worse in frequency, duration, and significance. After being home for three weeks with minimal improvement, I went to a chiropractor reluctantly. Went daily for a week, then every other day, then weekly. Combination of adjustments and PT. I felt better after a few days compared to the weeks for my regular doctors.
Once things got better, for awhile I went every 3-4 weeks for an adjustment, but quit when COVID hit and realized I was in a good place. It’s now been almost three years since I had an episode when before I was having one at least once a year.
Any good recommendations?
For PT, go to Michele in West Loop (React). For chiropractors, you’ll want to look for one that specializes in sports medicine.
Go to a PT.
Chiropractics is “I want a quick fix” at its worst.
Most improvements with chiropractics are placebo effect (which is very real) or your body healing naturally. Just read the Wikipedia page on chiropractics to find studies and read those studies for yourself about how little it’s been proven (scientifically) to help.
Real chronic issues take effort to fix and likely require meaningful PT and you doing strengthening on your own time. Go to a real doctor.
I had a back injury that was giving me intense pain in my SI joints for the past year... finally went to a chiropractor and the results are amazing. 100% would recommend!
Go to a PT or orthopedic doctor. I used to go to a chiropractor bc my previous insurance made it free/easy to go to a chiro vs PT. Didn’t really see progress. Once I started at McK, I immediately started seeing a PT at Athletico and it has made a huge difference!
