Curious what people have used EY’s fitness fund for? Joining the firm soon and I’m wondering if I can get away with using it to pay for a season pass for the ski slopes lol

Theres a list of eligible and ineligible items. I got an apple watch and used the rest on home office equipment (desk, chair) should have about $200 or so left.

If you say that’s what it’s for I doubt that gets approved.

“Winter agility exercises” might work lol

Gym memberships, sports leagues, and an apple watch are all things I've used it for.

I love snowboarding but unfortunately the fund calls out skiing equipment and passes as not reimburseable. Atleast when I check last year.

Didn’t see this response until 4 weeks later...that’s unfortunate. The sports league is a good tip. Maybe I’ll actually join a DC kickball league after a few years of talking about it.

Too many cooks in the kitchen

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!
