Don’t leave without something lined up. Last July one of my colleagues left - she is still looking
Take some time off if possible
It's a slow time of year. I try not to make a move from Oct - February simply due to holidays and Salesforce end of fiscal year. Things typically start ramping around March, might be longer due to the evaporation of cheap money. If you are financially independent / your partner can carry y'all for a while, then why not? Being financially independent and making decisions not based on fear or necessity is a great blessing based on my experience.
Same boat as you, way stressful and not many response for the jobs I have applied so far. But I’m just going to stay at the old one unless I have something lined up. Not sure how long before things get back to some normalcy.

The market has shifted with all the layoffs, employers are capitalizing on it, crappy as that may be. Definitely be discerning and patient. Some days I want to peace out as well, but unlike last year, I can’t pick something up out of thin air.
Don’t leave without something lined up. There are more candidates than there are roles to be filled, so everything is super competitive. Also depending on the company, the interview process can be long and drawn out. For example where I’m interviewing now consist of panels and presentations etc… It has taken forever because there are so many people you need to meet with that are super busy. That being said, make it your job to look for a better role. There are so many resources esp. for Salesforce to take advantage of. Take time off if you can try to get up on your certs do some projects on the side or even Trailhead. Best of luck!

I’d say it depends. How senior are you?
