Current TVC applying for a full time position at Google, should I try to reach out to the hiring manager via internal chat? Or would this be seen as unprofessional? My gut tells me yes, but just thought I’d see what people’s opinions are.

Hi everyone, I got an offer from Capgemini and the joining location is Pune but my preferred location is Noida. I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
