Currently a CRA at IQVIA after 5 years of being a clinical research coordinator at an academic research institution. I started at IQVIA a few months ago and not a fan of the travel aspect. I got offered an interview at a different academic institution, City of Hope, for a position that is more than what I make as a CRA at IQVIA. I also really wanted to work at COH. Assuming the interview goes well, what route would you guys take? My only hesitation with leaving IQVIA so quickly is a bad rep.

Based in the Bay Area and have 3.5 yr exp in IT Audit mostly SOX with a little SOC exp (ex big 4, couple of regionals) and have been applying to industry (mostly tech companies) since May. made it to final interviews only to find out hiring freezes were in effect or they went with a LCOL candidate.Would like to exit to a GRC role or a mixed role thats 50% sox, 50% varied projects, or a SOX role if the team culture is good. No luck getting in non sox work at current firm.
